Registration is now open for the 8th annual OC Water Summit, which will take place
on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Grand Californian Hotel at the Disneyland Resort.
This year's program, titled Liquid Motion, sets imagination, innovation and
investment into motion to keep water flowing.
Programs feature national and global economic impacts of California's drought,
ocean desalination, the city of the future, a close-up look at three California
cities and their responses to water challenges, and inspirational stories of innovation.
Speakers include Janice Stillman, editor, The Old Farmer's Almanac; Roger Patterson,
assistant general manager, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California; John
Chandler of Chandler Farms; Paul Parreira of RPAC; and moderator Tom Pankratz, editor,
Water Desalination Report, Global Water Intelligence.
The event draws more than 400 prominent national and state policy makers, elected
officials, scientists, financial experts and business leaders. The OC Water Summit
is hosted by the Orange County Water District, Disneyland Resort and the Municipal
